Maxime Girard-Tremblay, alias Max l’Affamé, est photographe de métier, animateur télé et cuisinier de cœur. Dès sa sortie de l’École des métiers de la restauration et du tourisme de Montréal, il allie ses deux passions en créant son blogue et en devenant chroniqueur culinaire pour plusieurs émissions télévisées.
Il a aussi animé Max l’Affamé vous reçoit sur Zeste et il crée du contenu gourmand pour divers partenaires comme Metro mon épicier.
